    Hello All

Ill will be relocating to Cork in April and was wondering if anyone knew of gyms good for stength training, most of my work is done on the squat rack, bench and DL area. My current gym has only one squat rack and can have you waiting around or doing less important lifts first.

    Thanks
    Col

my advice would be to check out Rebel Fitness in Little Island. It's only a ten minute drive to the east of the city. It has what you're looking for...squat rack, bars etc. check it out i reckon
