    Hi all
Just a bit of background to explain my issue,

Im 29 now, basically I spent most of my 20s in a state of relatively low confidence and low self esteem. While I never had trouble making friends, and often seemed outwardly confident i was always a bit more awkward than most, especially around women.

And when it came to women, it was really a case of few and far between, having not gone out with a woman for most of my 20s and only getting with women once in a blue moon, my sex life experience is limited (to put it mildly), for my age, im VERY immature when it comes to that end of things:(

Anyway , the good is news, ive turned it all around, Ive found a true inner confidence in myself, and have shed all those ridiculous beliefs I spent experiencing in my 20s. Im a new person and to be frank, I dont give a crap what anyone thinks of me (well to an extent).
Its great and Im thankful that Im now like this, I could never look back.

Since Im now like this, Ive found that Im attracting alot more women than I did in the past.
This is obviously great news, and whats the problem you're thinking?
Well the problem is the bedroom!!
Even though there is this confidence and happiness now, I still get aroused way too easily, just lying in bed with a woman can get me too excited for my own good, and her own good for that matter. I tend not to last long at all.

My question is, what would go on in a womans mind if she met a bloke like that?
Confident, happy, comfortable in himself, but with pretty much hardly any experience for his age.
Thankfully the issue doesnt bother me too much, but it does to an extent that I want to please her obviously, not to mention the fact that Id be worried its just plain unattractive for someone my age. And it also puts me off scoring sometimes (as ridiculous as it sounds)

Im aware this really isnt as bad a personal issue as some other things here, but its still an issue Id like to get sorted , or just hear a womans perspective on.

Any advice would be great, cheers!

Give her pleasure first, so that after she's climaxed, if you finish a little quickly, she won't have missed out. Tell her you're very excited for her, and I find it's easier and easier to hold back each time, so bear that in mind

Girl here so don't know how useful my advise is but I'd say when you feel you're getting too excited turn all attention onto her until it calms down a little and as previous poster said get her off first, that way she won't be disappointed if you're a bit quick when it's your turn. Also it's much easier for most women to get off orally or em . . . digitally :)

Just enjoy it!! But ya I agree about pleasing her first. Also I think you can get a ring thing to put down there and it wil reduce the blood flow so you dont get so excited

best thing is to switch it around. make her orgasm first, then start to have intercourse, when you feel like your about to come, withdraw and continue to make her climax either orally or digitally. Once the urge has come go back inside her, repeat this over and over. remeber to chnage positions some positions will delay you. have fun finding the ones that help you to keep going.

remember never to leave a girl hanging, if your finished always contir orally or digitally till she has been satisfied.

I don't know about other girls, but I get very sensitive down below after an orgasm, so the last thing I would want to do is have intercourse. Just my two cents

I would think go for full intercourse first, and get her off after orally. That's what I would want.

There seems to be some good advice here op I think.

I know myself sometimes when I'm with girls (which isn't too often) I can occasionally get turned on by holding hands!

If I were you I'd try not to worry about it as that will only make things worse. Just go and have fun and try to make sure she is satisfied and if the worse comes to the worst, it's no big deal and you can just try it again later. If your partner is anyway reasonable and understanding, I'm sure she won't mind.

I haven't had this particular issue but I used to have problems getting and keeping an erection with the last two girls I was with. The first girl made a huge big deal out of it which only made matters worse. The second girl was the complete opposite and was very patient and within a few weeks, everything was sorted. So I'd say IF you find you are climaxing too soon and it's becoming an issue, communication is key to sorting it out.

If you don't mind me asking OP, can you tell us (me) how you got over your confidence and self-esteem issues? What exactly did you do to get over those things and become confident and happy?

Your back story is very similar to my own so I'm interested in how you overcame those obstacles as they are something I'm working on myself.
