Thanks for the bug report, I'll see if I can reproduce the error. You will not see the same issue when logged out because that icon won't appear - that icon appears because you are subscribed to the thread and it has new posts in it.

I'm just pondering here (mainly so the devs won't forget when somebody revisits this issue) but I notice there was a thread-split to the Funny Gifs thread from YLYL2 at 19:16 and I wonder if that is what's causing the problem - the goto=newpost is reading a field referencing a post that has been split to the Funny GIFs thread.

Well the icon is available for all threads whether logged in or not as shown in the attachment.

the bug won't appear above because the newest post for me (logged in) and the newest post for another browser with no one logged in were different posts. So that split probably is what caused it to show a different thread. I can't recreate it anymore either so it sounds like the icon for the newest post was set to a post that was later moved to another thread. That makes a lot of sense.

I had cookies disabled when I tested if users who are logged out get the goto=newpost feature, that explains why it never showed up for me :o

The issue isn't happening anymore but may reoccur some time in the future, which is why I posted my thoughts on it. Cheers for the bug report, will give it a look when we get some bugfixing time :)

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
