iphone contacts won't sync with outlook 2007

Hi, Been banging my head against this for the last few hours and haven't found an answer in any searches of past posts, I have it set up in itunes to sync with outloo, but when i load outlook up theres nothing there in the contacts. Any help would be great thanks

Hi,

I have it set up in itunes to sync with outloo, but when i load outlook up theres nothing there in the contacts.

Any help would be great thanks
