Streaming content o Android Tablet

    Howdy,

    Was reading on the XBMX forums that the android development isnt complete yet. I bought myself a tablet today and was wondering does anyone know of a hassle free application to stream content from my NAS to my tablet?

    My router runs UPNP so typically any laptop pc in the house can go through the NAS to find content, wondering if there is something similar and easy to use for an android tablet.

    Try a file explorer.

    Open the program, navigate to the file and select it and it will play.

    Try file manager, Astro file explorer or ES file something or other.

    You might need a new video player for certain files. Mobo Player or Rock Player should do the trick.

    Well this might help as a beter solution I bought a iPad and I didn't really want to buy one as putting movies or streaming movies on it was just so much hassle.i bought it for wen away with work just to watch movies and the likes.so what I did was went to peats and bought a seagate go flex sattalite hard drive it's 500gig and it rechargeable and is wireless so u download the app and it connects to the tablet device the harddrive has like a built in router and I must say I'm well impressed I now have a 500gig hard drive with any amount of movies and music.hope this helps

    You need upnplay and mobo player
