Xbox live account help

    Not sure if this is the right place to post but shur anyway..

    Made my xbox live account several years ago and have since completely forgotten any of the details of the email account I used. I know the address, but not the password and have tried submitting a request to xbox live but hasn't worked

    Now I can't turn off the auto renewal subscription thing and am being charged to the credit card every month

    Any ideas? all help greatly appreciated

    Go to accounts.live.com and try and reset your password.

    Failing that go to www.windowslivehelp.com/passwordreset.aspx and fill out the form.

    To cancel your auto renew you can call Xbox Support on 1800509186 and they can cancel it for you.
