Laptop and software question...

    Hi all,

    Im looking for some advice/opinions...

    I have just inherited a Toshiba laptop (running Windows 7 Home) and Im hoping to use it for photo editing. So, question is, will this spec run Photoshop Elements 10...

    AMD Athlon X2 Dual Core QL-65 2.10 GHz
    Graphics card is ATI Radeon 3100.

    One other question...does anyone know how or where to update Canons DPP for Windows 7?

    Should be fine if you have 2 or more GB of RAM in it.
    You don't need anything really high spec to edit photos.

    Well, not unless your going to be working with many layers and very high res images. If you are, then you will need lots of RAM.
