    Howye lads

I'm trying to send back a faulty motherboard to Hardwareversand. Going through their compaints department I can get a free shipping label from ups.

The problem is the image that IS the shipping label wont load for me, I've tried it on 3 different machines now.

Has anyone else had this issue? Any way around this!?

Hi, I am having the exact same problem. I did what you did and when I get to the printing off bit for the UPS labels I can't see any images.. Have you found a solution yet ?

I e-mailed them and they told me to sned it by normal post and also send them the cost of shipping separately and they'd refund it it's till annoying though, glad it's not just me!

Look on the website for a return form, there's an English one and the address is on that.

I just threw my motherbaord back in the box and stuffed as much styrofoam around it as I could, slapped the address on the side and I plan to ship it tomorrow.

What'd you get that didn't work?

Is the return form the application you fill out when you click the complaint option ?

I am returning a faulty GPU, It came preinstalled so there is no box.
I am sticking it in a jiffy bag (envelop thingy with bubble rap inside) and plan to get a box from AN POST or somewhere.. Are you using an post to send it off ?

don't forget to place the plastic thing that covers the pins of the motherboard If its an Intel chipset.

they'll send it back untouched otherwise.

Hi again, well I sent my GPU off through normal post last week (Friday) at a cost of 7.50, emailed HWVS today and they told me my item had not been registered in the returns department yet but it could take a few days for it to do so.. they said have patience and they will sort it out! I'm just wondering how your RMA process went and did they return to you a new motherboard? I sent my GPU back around the same time frame as you, I was getting a little worried that it had not registered yet that's why I'm asking you! thanks.

Same story with me, posted last Friday. E-mailed them Thursday night this week and got a reply Friday same as you, still waiting!

Had a faulty gpu before, customer support was stressful because it was very hard to get someone who spoke english.

However i paid the postage myself 15 euro, this was refunded to me and they sent me a replacement card.

    Took about 2 weeks.
