    Set to one second recording
    Attach to bike
    Sign up to gamin connect or strava
    Go cycling

    congrats on the garmin, now buy wildly expensive carbon lightweight bike, powermeter and the finest gear and become as addicted to cycling as the rest of us!

    Set up your user profile, weight, bike weight etc. Work out your heart rate training zones.
