Song banned by 96FM or its predecessor?

Does anybody know the name of the song that was banned by 96FM (or its predecessor) about 10-15 years ago? It was the only radio station to ban this particular song and God knows why because I remember thinking at the time that it was completely ridiculous. I have Flying Pickets in my mind but have asked numerous people about it and nobody else remembers it. It was not Frankie Goes to Hollywood or J'aime either before anybody suggests those although they were also banned. Thanks, it's doing my head in.
