I was pretty close to this to be honest.

And while it may have been a charity shop present (Athough I believe it was bought via ebay) it is still an amazing one.

I got one (again second hand) in 2003, WWF No Mercy is the best wrestling game ever made IMO and I loved it even though I was a playstation man. My mam took weeks to find that game.

I was so emotional when I got it cause she knew how badly I wanted it. When we moved house 2 years later I donated it to a youth club but have been wanting one again for ages, mainly for no mercy.

My Dad n Sister got it for me this year. Again emotional :)

I got a Nespresso machine this year off a very generous cousin. I was not expecting any present at all.

This year, from my brother, I got a candy floss machine, a skeleton onesie and a yoyo........I'm 25.

Needless to say they're the best presents ever!

The unexpected present I got this year was Senna.

I have absolutely no interest in motor sport but my bro thought I would enjoy the doco, he is mad into that "sport", if it is a sport.

I put it on last night, but more out of politeness as I knew he would ask what I thought of it.

People I can not reccomend it enough, it was gripping, it was more about the drama of the man's life, it is brilliant. Rent it, download it, buy it, it is easily the doco of the year. I cannot sing its praises enough.

The most unexpected gift I ever got was a hamster from Santy when I was about 10.

I was very upset about it at the time. I'd asked for a sega megadrive. I didn't want a hamster and hadn't shown any interest when my sister had one before. I knew hamsters have a short lifespan and was adamant I didn't want one as I imagined I would be upset when it died.

In the end I got to like him and a few months later I got the megadrive I wanted for my birthday. Strange thing was the same day my Mam gave me the megadrive, I went to clean my hamster's cage and found him dead :(.

Its a large book of real photographs and I have no scanner. So not only am I not inclined to share them - if I was it would require you to purhacse me a scanner.

Feel free to do so and I will reconsider - but no gaurantee of the result. :)

    Never mind xmas presents

I got involved with a chap earlier in the year. A week or so after hooking up he asked for my address to send on a small gift he bought me. I thought that was very nice, kind and thoughtful of him and the fact that it was so unexpected too.

I ran to my postbox with glee every evening for two weeks and nothing and not even a message. I thought nothing much of it but sent him a message to see did it get lost in the post. He sent a message saying that he didn't send it yet for whatever reason and he wrote saying that he will be out my way for such a such date. That came nothing. I eventually fired him of another message where he acted the bollocks again.

    What was that all about?

He messaged me a couple of weeks later suggesting another hook up where I brought up the issue on his gift and explained what that represented for me in that trust was broken. He made no effort whatsoever and sent me a half assed apology on the lines of
I never meant to annoy but I cannot find that now. (ok, was there something wrong with him at sending me a message at any stage to tell me this? Why get my hopes up to leave me hanging in the air on the issue?).

I held out a little hope for a while longer that maybe he might get his ass in gear, find it and send it to me. Nope

Like why does somebody treat someone like that? I did nothing to deserve that but like him.
