    Hello there,
I am a governmentally sponsored medical student from some part of the middle east.. looking for an Irish family in South Dublin city to live with. The room should be spacious enough and I would like to have my own bathroom. The house should be close to the green line luas ( no more than 5 minutes). I would prefer a family that has children who is my age ( college students). I am willing to pay up to 1000 euros monthly if it is close to the city center. Please reply below or text me on <snip> if interested.

( moderators, please delete my number if that's against the rules)

    Hey,
I realise one of the reasons you would prefer to live with a family is that your meals would be made, wouldnt have to worry about bills and if they do have children your age; instant friends, and at the least people who can advise you about the area ect... but at 1000euros a month as your cut off point you could easily rent an apartment by yourself or with college students.
Hope you enjoy your time here!
    :)

    Hello there,
I before few months, I lived in a single apartment in city centre and Never felt comfortable with it .. Though I pay 900 euros per month without the bills. Basically living in your own apartment means commitment. Means four bills the I should pay monthly, Means a responsibility more than I can hold .. given the fact that I am a medical student and I have enough study burden. In my own apartment means I must take care of places other than my room. I must cook, clean, and the fridge never should be empty. Moreover, every year I am away
for four months during summer and I am still paying my rent, tv and Internet bills
Without any use of them !

Thanks a lot for your response

You can probably find somewhere cheaper than that. However, I suppose its down to what you want out of the arrangement, e.g. will you do your own laundry?

    Hi there,

Don't mean to be rude , but are you male or female. ( we provide digs for female students only) where will you study?

Victor: Yeah it really depends, I am little bit fimiliar with prices as I browse daft constantly ..
For 1000 euro Ill definitely Will be looking for a family in the city center or close to it. ie Ranelagh. I dont think I need someone to do my laundry as I consider it an easy task. Its all about commitment and food !

leimanbhradain: We'll, Fortunately or not, I am a male. and thanks for caring about my feelings, but I became used to it. And , honestly, I always felt its an awkward question, to an extent that I start questioning the motivations behind that, Is it the same that makes rest rooms in public places for seperate sexes or is it bigger ?

    Hi Victor,
The only reason I ask the question is that we always encourage the students that stay with us to join us in family life ( if they wish) watch TV at night, go to cinema etc , and as I have 3 giris aged 18-12 I think one poor male might feel lost in our oestrogen fueled house!!!
