In case anyone's missing the first of the new episodes, it's on again Thursday night (22:20), and the next episode is next Sunday (22:00). It's been filmed before a live studio audience (mostly). Oh, Saffy ..!

They haven't lost it, have they? They've even managed to move with the times somewhat.

The biggest surprise, to be honest, was the return of
    Bubble (Jane Horrocks)
. Can't say she's "lost it", since she never "had it" in the first place. :D

I loved this new episode! I was kind of worried about it since series 5 of AbFab wasn't exactly the strongest in my opinion, but Saunders has managed to bring the show back to it's origins. I loved all the surprises and the return of familiar faces, especially
    Titicaca
because to be honest I completely forgot about this character. :D

The only part of the show I thought didn't fit in well was the montage scene of Eddy and Patsy shopping but it was sort of saved at the end when Ed and Pats were drinking their cappucino :D

All in all, I enjoyed it and can't wait for the next episode!

The second episode is on ... talk about celebrity overload! Even Mark Kermode pops up in there. It was great, but I thought the live studio audience was a bit of a distraction.

    About
Bubble overdubbing the French singer's voice
: Jane Horrocks can do impressions of many famous singers, so well that the musical "The Rise and Fall of Little Voice" was written specifically for her to show them off. It was later made in to the film "Little Voice" in which she starred - there's a clip here.

I thought the second episode was better than the first. I forgot how bloody anoying they made Saffi out to be.

Still can't beat Patsy, she reminds me of a lecturer in college!

Loved the second episode. It was far better than Identity. This episode just shows that Jen's still got it :D The only bit I found annoying was Lulu thinking she was the best person on the set. Also if anyone's interested the two interns and Saffy's crying friend are members of an all female comedy group called Lady Garden. They'll probably be on tv in the future so keep your eyes peeled for these up and coming lady comics :D
