    myself and my mate are thinking of going on a weekend ski trip . any ideas on cheap locations welcome

    Fly to Bergamo

    Carona, San Simone 60k away
    Hotels 60euro HB

    There are better and bigger resorts further away, but for a weekend away, this is v close to Airport

    Been before,beauty of place is 1hr in car, there is a bus service, but of course car quicker

    One lift pass covers u for Carona and Fopploo , link lifted Carona, v nice town

    Also on lift pass is San Simone, you need a car to get there from Carona

    The hotels do good deals on HB and lift passes

    Foppolo attracts a lotta school trips, Carona and San Simone quiter pistes and nicer

    sounds good we try to go to other resorts every year been to a few different resorts in austria both it always seems to cost alot
