Stupid question maybe but can it be wall mounted?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 51 ✭✭Hello there 8888

Mine is anyway! It looks well with a "close to the wall" bracket.

Where on earth are you getting 200 euro from????

Because that link says the TV is 339 euro.

And its only got 1 x HDMI input and its only HD ready too.

Its changed since i posted that link, but you can see from this http://www.harveynorman.ie/services/catalogues/big-sale/big-sale-electrical?cat=3030 that it is 200. Mine has 3 hdmi ports and even tho its not full hd,the picture is perfect. You dont need full hd for a 32" tv.

    Plus its only 200 euro!!!

It's got 3 x HDMI. HN site muddles the spec by also including 1 x HDMI on the same page.

HD ready or not, €199 is decent for a Saorview approved Samsung 32" and will doubtless appeal to many at that price.

Tempted to get this. Been on the lookout for a 32'' for a few weeks. I'll mainly be using it for playing PS3. Should do the job as most games are only in 720p anyway.

    Sold out within 5 mins.

I was queuing outside Harvey Norman in Nutgrove, Dublin for about half an hour before it opened.

Literally as the door opened, People ran in..
They all went straight for the TV above, gone in less than a minute.
Again, there was only 10 in stock.

I got a 42 inch, Toshiba Full HD Led for 465 instead, there was only 10 of them in stock aswell.

as far as i know its an older model, so it doesnt support video on the USB, i got a 43" plasma one a few months back and thought it was the business supported even HD files through USB, was gonna get this for the spare room regardless of it not supporting video but unfortunately people with childrem woke before me and stole them all, damn i need to get something to wake me for these deals:(,

3rd in que in Drogheda Got the tv and another 26",the Samsung is a smashing piece of kit at that value.Very civilised que manager came out at 8.30 and gave each person a page guarenteeing them what they wanted so no mayhem ensued.
Many thanks op for the BA.

Got me one in Airside/Swords. Got there about 8.50am. About 15-20 in front of me. Doors opened 9am. No running, very civil actually. With another 10 behind me, and 1/2 went for this model. Found a staff member after about 2 mins, got 1 from stockroom, processed, paid and loaded by 9.10am. However, they seemed sold out by 9.15am.
Thanks OP! Fully installed, very quick. Forced me to clean up existing cabling, which was the most time consuming part!
    :)

Can someone test out to see if this tv will support playing a movie file from USB. This was the main reason I bought it :-(

Tried a few - it cannot identify this media type. Picks up photos no probs. Great quality. To be fair for EUR200 for 32 inch LCD, I did not expect it to read USB movies.
have it hooked to an Aldi DVD player that plays from USB, so not an issue for me.
