Batman Arkham city patch trouble

    So rented out this game for the ps3. It seems I have to download the 1.02 patch so I try to download it and it goes to please wait screen and the next thing I know there's a beep beep out of my ps3 and the screen goes black

    I have to unplug the ps3 to get it back to normal again

    I cant play the game, what the hell is up ?? :confused:

    I was able to download it there without any issue.
    Maybe the PSN was being hammered earlier with new PS3s signing in and DLC codes being used.
