Problem with Facebook Home page

    Ok, so last week a friend of mine posted something on my fb page that I didnt want to delete, but I also didnt want many people to see it. On the Home page (status updates) I selected an option to unhighlight the story (1st time I ever tried this). When I done that I got a message saying fb would try to hide similar posts in the future. I didnt want this! And now any time somebody makes a post on my page it doesnt appear in my status updates on my home page. Any way of fixing this does anyone know?

    Did you do this action in the newsfeed or on your page or timeline?

    Unfortunately, the visibility does depend on both the privacy sttings of your own wall/timeline and that of the person who posted the message.

    I'm slightly comfused by your last statement. What do you mean by that?
