    can anyone recommend a good appliance repair person in the finglas area??

    dishwasher no heating up
    washing machine drum not moving
    oven not heating to the correct tempeture

    It can be nearly as cheap to replace your broken appliances rather than have them repaired.

    Try get a package deal from the many appliance stores.

    But as already stated it can be cheaper to buy new appliances.
    If you are handy enough to do a bit of troubleshooting and replace parts yourself then that would be the way to go. If the appliance manufacturer insists on sending out an engineer then head out to DID or Powercity.
