    HI all,

Just wondering if anyone can save me a call to Apple tech Support. I've scouted around the web on laptop and it seems that other people have had the same issue but have not seen a solution.

Basically no Internet connection. Using Safari as a browser, the airport connection is good. It's showing my network but when I try to run the diagnostic, it tells me by network key is wrong. I've configured IPv4 using DHCP and set configure IPv6 to automatic.

No joy. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

You HAVE entered your WEP/WAP code correctly?

Just checked it and it appears the IP address is naff. Tried the age old classic of turning off the airport and turning it back on and it sorted itself out.
