I just picked up a HTC Flyer 16GB in PC World for €249 comes with the Pen and a case.

The best price I've seen for this is €364.99 online, it was originally priced over at €569 in PC World.

If you can make do with 16GB and want a nice tablet with an on screen note writing function its a good deal.

    Regards,

    Fries.

It's available online for $99 - $100, so even factoring in an exchange rate that doesn't seem like a bargain.

He might be referring to the Best Buy pricing error in the US that wasn't honoured back in October?

I went searching and couldn't find any mention of the HTC Flyer at that price other than the above. If it is available at that price, hopefully Liam comes back and updates the thread.

Isin't that over €240 or so anyway at current exchange rates? And for €249 you get it in your hands today and support Irish jobs!

@Declan (Currys), can you confirm if there are any in Carrickmines? I would get one if you can confirm availability.

I've been using this for 2 days now and itd proving simple to use for browsing and the ebook reader is brilliant. I had intended buying a kindle3G but very happy with my purchase

No, we're done and dusted. Did a check for another poster earlier on and we've not even a single unit of display stock left at this stage in Dublin. One unit in Dundalk and two in Waterford was all I could find.

Yes, thank you so much!! Love it, loaded it up in Buskers yesterday on my lunch break and just cannot fault it!! Eve got to meet a good friend who I haven't seen in years, as he works there.

Declan Thanks again your customer service is truly amazing and it's a pity that all retailers are not like you!:D
