id say that he could still be up there these days if he put the work in. i know he is 54 and suffered from dartitis at a time when darts was becoming true tv in the 90s but you have to remember that he thought taylor about the professional game. he also out of nowhere nearly put taylor out of the 1997 world championship. in the senior events he also puts up regular 90 averages and is prone to the odd 9dart finish in exhibitions( i know exhibitions arent a true reflection on match darts).
    what do you think?

Not a chance, Watched the Legends of Darts that was on Satanta 3-4 years ago, he was brutal. Still has the dartitis.

Seen him play in an exhibition a few months ago against pub standard players and losing I can't see him competing
