Stupid phone is broken at the worst possible time.

What happened was I was sending a txt and handcent kept force closing on me then said message memory was full but kept force closing before I could delete any. So I did a reboot and now it won't go past the spinning cyanogen mod logo.

It sticks there till I take the battery out and does the same when I turn it back on.

Any ideas on how to fix it?

I tried holding the volume down button while I powered on to get into the boot menu but that didn't work.

Edit: Its the back button not the volume down. So I'm in clockwork mod recovery now, is my only option to flash a new rom?

If you dont have your sd card partitioned & joined to your phone memory that might be the quickest & easiest way.

Flash the same ROM so you dont need to wipe. You'll probably still have the zip on the sd card so you wont even need a pc or anything.

I ended up wiping the whole lot, phone memory and SD card, it just started working then without re flashing the rom.

Gonna put a new rom on now since its already wiped, any good sense Roms out ATM?

Lee Droids Deisre HD rom was good. The notification bar in it is cool.

Think it was called 3.3.1 or something similar. Its Gingerbread and has optional sense 2.0. Works better without sense add on IMO. I had it for months without changing it and it was fairly bug free.

You do need a 1gb sd card partition so it will take longer to set up as youve to back it up, wipe it, partition it and copy your stuff back over.

    Heres link to it actually

From my experience Android Revolution is the best sense ROM
