Been doing it for years and know about using shift and arrow keys but having a real time wasting experience over the last 2/3 weeks.

recent example: I typed out the title for this topic as

Hightlighting Txt is a real Pain when I try to put curser between the t and l in the word Hightlighting the word and or the whole title gets highlighted.

It wont let the curser in directly to the word Hightlighting and the only work around is to put curser at end of title and use arrow key back to first word.

But generally when trying to highlight a few words going from left to right or vise versa the shading disappears at the end or goes all over the place.

It must be a bug or something. The only thing new I've installed lately is Firefox 8 could that be it. Doubt it cause it also happens in word
