HI

I'm living in an apartment in Donnybrook and my roommate (with whom I shared a bedroom) has left suddenly. Myself and the one remaining housemate are looking for someone new to take over her lease. Any UCD students need accommodation for semester 2 ?

-Very nice area of Dublin
-20-25 minute walk to college or take bus in 5 minutes
-Available from January to end May (Semester 2)
-Rent is €350, deposit of €360 required
-Bins included, Utility bills shared.
-Share with two female Irish, friendly laid back housemates!
-Landlord is very nice, we've had no problems with him since we moved in in September.
