texting real time info on O'Connell St?

Someone was telling me yesterday that they were trying to txt a live update on O'Connell St but that the bus stops have some odd reference like AO so it didnt work. The particular route was the 2 and 3, is it a common problem?

I thought they'd done away with the lettering on bus stops, each bus stop has a number now and that's what should have been used.

Stop 271 was probably the stop they were at.

You need to use the number that is under the castle symbol - for the southbound stop on O'Connell Street it is 271.

The letters are just a simple stop identifier.
