Catching a plane to Dublin tomorrow afternoon but have to go to work in the morning first. Left everything til the last minute as usual and am paranoid I'll forget something major! I don't want to be at my desk in work and suddenly start having a panic attack because I've forgotten my mascara, or something... (girls will understand :p)

Can you help me with a checklist, good people of AH?

As above, passport, ticket, money and phone.

If you're travelling home for Christmas I suppose it would be good not to forget any pressies you've bought.

Yes but only after I had finished planning my Christmas outfits and wondering how to fit a pair of boots in my carry on did I remember the oul passport and boarding pass malarkey- it's what set off this panic! :D

God I sound like an awful ditz. :(

    Pants.

Yes and bring pants in your hand luggage too. Just in case. When I say pants I mean knickers not trousers, you can do without trousers.

I am heading off tomorrow morning and am not checking in a bag. I'm wearing my boots on as they would take up too much room in my bag. :p

Ha yeah my solution is to just wear the boots under my work clothes- looks odd but I need my boots! Good luck with your flight tomorrow, it will be over before you know it!

Wear ALL the clothes you can't fit in your bags.

To hell with people you don't know laughing at you, they probably paid 90 Euro for excess baggage.

And don't forget clean knicks, you can borrow a toothbrush but not some clean undies.
That "not so fresh" feeling is the worst.

Imagine if your planes collided mid air....sunflower you'd be 30k feet up in the air with nothing but space beneath you and Shelga you'd lose all your luggage...

    ...morto for you...
