    Whats wrong with your car..?
    What year/engine is your C3..?

If it is a faulty ecu then you will need to pick up a s/h engine ecu...matching bsi (fusebox in behind dashboard) and a matching keyfob from the same year
    /Engine/spec c3.
These are sold as a set from most breakers yards..:)

its my daughter in laws car she uses it for school. i found that below the ecu was water in the battery case. car would not start coil pack is ok and crank shaft sensor. but no spark at plug. garage plugged it in to computer said its the ecu 90 percent sure. i no longer have the ecu. o2 model . any help would be great non of the scrap yards have ecu pack. except one who want 800 euro to cover cost of breaking a car they want to sell.

If the garage had no coms with the ecu and it has signs of water damage then it looks like the ecu is beyond repair...:(
If you post/pm the cars vin number i can get the correct part number for a new ecu....but if its 02 then i don't think its viable spending €800 on a new ecu.
Did you try partfinder.ie to see if anyone has a ecu/bsi/keyfob set...?
Ebay also have a few....depending on which engine you have...?
