Mrs Billy is making a baked cheesecake for Christmas Day. She was considering making it tomorrow (Friday). Any ideas if this will store ok covered at room temp or should it be refrigerated? (Room in fridge is at a premium at the mo.)

Put it in the fridge, if you have fruit and veg in the fridge take it out put it in a sealed bag and put it in the boot of the car or garden shed where it will remain cool.
