Hey , I just got 1911, its' SW1911PD and I noticed there is some kind of button or something under barrel:

Like on that one. What is it? is it some kind of safety or what?

that 'button' is the spring housing(i think that is what its called) and you push it so you can turn the barrel bushing letting you drag the outer barrel with the inner barrel out of the slide.

And lets say I have it pushed all way down, why it wont spring back?

well you need to check if the spring housing is lubricated or see if the spring itself is damaged in anyway. it should pop back up. also make sure the barrel bushing is not tilted as that can prevent the spring housing i.e. button from returning to its original position.

Well i can't really take rail off as it wont let me slide it all the way back because that spring is either stuck or so

grand, if you ever need help youtube do great videos. this GBB isn't hard to diassemble and reassemble as the mechanism is not the hardest in the airsoft world to work. glad it worked out and merry christmas.
