I'm TV Show Box-set-less!! I've done the rounds and now I need more... MORE... MOAR!!!

I'm looking for something to watch, and I'm hoping that you guys can help me out. I have but one condition (and I'm not really gonna enforce it all that much) that the series be completed, or at the very least more than 2 seasons in!

Box sets I've gone through include...
    • The West Wing, Sports night, ER, Six Feet Under, Band of Brothers, Castle, Bones
    • Star Trek, Firefly, XFiles, Fringe, Warehouse 13, Quantum Leap, Supernatural, Buffy, Angel, Battlestar Galactica
    • Teachers, The IT Crowd, The Office (UK & US), The Big Bang Theory, Community, Louis Theroux, This Life, Community

    So any ideas?

Wow you guys are on the ball... I guess Is should edit my OP to include shows I watched but didn't enjoy, or got bored of.

Dexter falls into that category. Tapped out by the end of S2. I heard it got really good circa S4 though.
The Wire I tired a few times and just couldn't get immersed in.
Shameless I am up to date with "as it happens" :D

I know... I'm being fussy/particular! But I needs the entertainment!

EDIT: The Pacific wasnt half the show that BoB was!

Parks & Recreation - if you like Community, The Office etc. its the obvious choice...

Oz - probably the most underrated of all the HBO dramas, but the best...

The Pacific (sequel series to Band Of Brothers)

The Shield (easier to get into than The Wire but still outstanding)
Breaking Bad (just how weird can your life get if you suddenly end up being a Meth cook)
True Blood (it sounds as cheesy a Twilight film but they could not be more totally different)
Babylon 5 (dated looking effects now but the story is still fantastic, the pioneer of the arced tv story so widely copied now)
    Glee (just kidding)

The Sopranos, it is just genius tv and I'd encourage you to give the Wire another try! Also Justified has 2 seasons and the second is particularly strong.

All good Yank stuff named so far so lets do some British comedy!

15 Storey's high - Arguably the most underrated UK comedy of the last 20 or so years is available for peanuts.

Black Books and Spaced who are also quite good are cheap to buy.

Peep Show as been stated is available as well.
