    hi sorry posting this here cause dont want any spoilers.

    im just up to end of episode nine, and something i dont understand.
    1.why did jimmy try and get that polish butcher guy killed?

    at the end of episode nine a gunamn tries to kill the polish butcher but the butcher kills him and sees the matbox saying atlantic city. and in the previous episode jimmy threw mickey doyle off the balcony for no reason as well. but i seem to have missed when the butcher and jimmy fell out?

    2.also when the irish guy (cant remember his name) slater (?) (the one who works for nucky and margaret slept with him - remember he followed a guy into the toilet and killed him,and after he killed him said ''leading me on a wild goose chase for 5 months u traitor''. what was that over?
    no spoilers beyond episode 9 please

    Jimmy did a deal with yerman to sell him booze with money up front, when he couldn't get him the booze he figured it'd be easier to have yerman killed rather than pay him.

    Question 2
    I was of the impression that was being used to show how Sleater is still linked to Ireland and can be a dangerous person rather than just a bag man.
