12 months trying..

    Myself & my partner have been trying to conceive for the past year.. Stopped trying this month as I had a bad kidney infection.
    Did a test yesterday, was sure it would be negative... But.... I'm Pregnant!!!! Can not believe it.  we are over the moon. Just wanted to post this to tell you all not to give up hope. If I can get pregnant after my history, there's hope for anyone.

    wow congrats - delighted for you!!! You have just given me a boost that I desperately needed today!! Im coming up on about a year of trying with no success. AF arrived this morning 3 days early :mad: (dying with cramps here at work:(). Thanks for sharing this as it has given me more hope for next year!!! Happy Christmas! (I would have pressed "thanks" but I dont know how to do this!)

    Well don't give up hope, I was fed up with the disappointment every month, it was wearing a hole in our relationship. I never really believed it when people said they conceived when they stopped trying but now I'm proof it actually happens. 
    I'm just 5 weeks gone so haven't told anyone..
    I reckon the less stress you put on your body the more likely you are to conceive..
