I have been working for 20 years and i am currently out sick with a medical ailment but I am looking to start up a small business from home and I was wondering if I can do when I am claiming Illness benefit?

You can apply for written permission to do a maximum of 20 hours work of a rehabilitative nature.

Best advice is to ring the Illness benefit department and inquire about it.
