How is suing a company for engaging in sharp business practices "trivial and silly"? It's very sneaky and extremely unfair to put a clause in your contract forbidding users from suing you, even where it may be warranted.

In the future we'll have robot lawyers to fight each other in courts so we humans can live leisurely lives.

They're giving you a free service and ask you to sign a contract after you've read all of the terms and conditions.

If you don't like the contract, don't opt in! Simples!

IANAL, so this may be (probably will be! :pac:) pulled out of my arse, but in Ireland at least, you can't sign a contract for an illegal act. Since it is a legal right to sue others, wouldn't it be illegal to deprive your users of that right?
