    drian Kennedy at the mo is talkin about a TCD crime lecturer who said criminals should be made pay the €80k taxpayers pay to incarcerate them. Apparently it is being either looked at in America or currently instigated. One caller is sayin that it is an ingenous idea while another reckons it will cause further crime.

    They should be made to pay WHILE in prison. Plenty of work that they could be doing.
