Do I need license to sell birthday cakes

    Hi,

    I setup a company and thinking about starting family business. My mum is an exceptional cook and there are many-many people waiting for her to start making and selling her incredible cakes.

    I am just wondering, do I need to apply for some specific license to be able to sell home-made cakes to the public? All help and information is highly appreciated!!!
