Hi, I'm about to brew a Coopers IPA for the first time. I am going to use an entire Coopers brew enhancer no.2: http://www.makebeer.net/item.asp?idProduct=29&idCategory=110&idSubCategory=0 and some dextrose as well with the kit.
I was wondering how much dextrose should I add? I was thinking between 200-300g. I want to make it nice and strong but also drinkable. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    MM
