No answer we can give on here due to the rules I'm afraid.

Have a read through both links. There's plenty of FAQ's etc you might find it easier then you think.

If it's a fresh PC, why not re-install the operating system.

Having googled your machine name, as it's a netbook with no built in CD drive I'm hoping there might be a recovery partition (a section of the hard disk dedicated to repairing / reinstalling Windows) on it somewhere. Usually pressing F8 after turning on the PC will allow you to choose what partition you can boot from.

I bought a VAIO netbook for the missus a few years ago, I had to then buy an external DVD burner to create the recovery disks with (from within Windows). If that's the case, you might be goosed, unless you can borrow an external USB DVD reader and a copy of Windows on DVD (the licence key should be on a sticker either on the machine itself or in one of the manuals that came with it).

Start in safe mode and try login with the administrator account. Often it's left with a blank password. Once you're in, you can reset the normal accounts password

If you have a USB stick you can do this. I would suggest going to the Fedora website and downloading the LiveUSB utility. Then download the file listed as "cd110511.zip" on the NTPasswd download page. Use the LiveUSB tool to turn your USB stick into a bootable device (instructions for doing so are here - it's pretty straightforward). Once you've done that, plug in your USB stick and start/reboot the machine. Hit F11 to get the boot menu, and select your USB device. From here on in, you just need to follow the NTpasswd instructions.
