I doubt if you will find a dual tuner DVB-S2 in a TV.

Check out the following, it has all you want except the second S2 tuner and internal HDD. It has a USB port that can record to an external HDD. Pricey.

If it did exist, only a fool with deep pockets would buy it.

Of course you could sellotape a modular linux box or HTPC to the back of a good screen.

For various Market related reasons it's unlikely, and if it did exist it would be hugely more expensive than Freeview DVB-T2 TV with a "Freesat + HD" PVR.

Out of interest why would a TV have a dual tuner? Surely that's for recording purposes is it not ie. for PVR instead?

The original post is for a PVR TV with HDD = Hard Disk Drive, i.e. Recording.
So it needs 2 x DVB-T2 tuners and 2 x DVB-S2 tuners if you want to record a different channel on a different carrier/multiplex/transponder.
