HTC HD DESIRE AND "3" Repair!

    I had a problem with my HTC HD Desire,Sent it in two weeks ago and got it back with the same problem as it went out with?They said it was repaired by HTC and they lied as I contacted HTC with a job No. and They have NO knowledge of it.These expensive Phones are being looked/Fixed by a "company" here in Dublin.
    The guy in the UK from HTC IS NOT IMPRESSED,I have to keep him up to speed with my case.I have rang every No. available to me to try and talk to an Irish based worker but No I always end up in India!The Consumer Association Ire. is backing me on this one.Still waiting for Store Manager to get back today. God bless Vodafone,I am coming Back.

    it probably went to fonemenders or phone menders not sure of spelling , worth searching the board for them

    It certainly did,I was given that info by a staff member by mistake?.HTC are Not Happy from what The Guy said to me from their head office.Seemingly it does go on quite a bit.
