Dual volume control headphones

Guys I need to get a pair of dual volume control headphones, my dad is pretty deaf in one ear and needs a pair of these so he can turn up the volume on one side and so on, can't seem to find them anywhere except online. Anywhere around Dublin I'd get a pair at decent price??? Cheers.
