CLK with AMG kit

    Just wondering,

There seems to be a shed load of 3 series with the M-Sport kit floating around, yet out of all the CLK's you see, I think I've only ever seen one with the AMG kit (and it was on NI plates)

Came accross another one on Done Deal, and in my opinion it's a cracking looking car with that amg kit - looks like a mini SL or even SLR

How come there aren't any more of these around?

I'd have one of these over a 3 series M-Sport all day long

Was never to mad on the CLK , not aggressive enough. Dont like the lines.

SL is more my alley. The CLK tends to look like marys car than marks if you get me.

I'd say maybe 2 or 3 out of every 5 mercs have AMG wheels on them at this stage.

What really annoys me is when I see Audi A5 alloys, or AMG alloys on Honda Accord's ... this is becoming increasingly popular.

I'm willing to bet that the Accord CTDI will be the new DL Reg "Kitted A4 TDI"

Have noticed that myself and had the same thought.

Likely to cause an increase in insurance premiums because of the migration from A4 to Accord?

I have seen 1 or 2 around cork and i love the way the amg kit improves the car,i'd say the reason most clks are base spec is because they were very pricey new circa 60k i believe.
