Fastway courier question?

    Hi guys i hope i writing this in the right thread. fastway courier are suppose to deliver my grads photos but i never received them, i emailed the company that took the photos who then told me i did not give a number to them so they could give to fastway (which is false because i gave my number when i registered with the photo site). its was around 2 weeks ago when fastway tried to deliver the photos to me and i was wondering if anyone knows if the package would be kept at the warehouse if undelivered? as i wouldn't mind collecting it

    if it was 2 weeks ago , they would be well back with the person that sent them

    yeah i sent them an email a few days ago but it seemed like they did not have the photos and they were with fastway

    they are normally quite good as this has happened to me before.

    they normally just have the parcel sitting in the depot
