I'm thinking of going back to studying either full time or part-time as I'm not working and was wondering if anyone has any information on job prospects with this masters especially since i dont have a food related BSc degree to back it up (although i do have an Environmental Science degree).

Am i right in thinking most of the food science based jobs either in the public or private sector would be lab based..?

I see that companies like Glanbia take on graduates but are they in quality control or the like?

    Any info much appreciated.
