Hey Guys, just noticed a nice treble with Ladcrookes, Poland (21/20) Germany (3/10) Italy (8/11), all stand out prices, think it might be a nice long term bet at little over 7/2. Thoughts?

Germany will for sure, Italy should but you wouldnt know with them. Poland are a very average side. I think Germany and Spain will top their Groups.

You'll get better closer to the tournie.
Around May/June all the bookies will be running specials especially in their shops to get people interested.
I personally wouldn't tie up money for 6 months on something that's not really going to harden and might even go out in price.
    Just my thoughts.

For me I think its a nice long term proposition with interest in 3 groups (obviously most interest in Ireland), Germany are certs, Italy will grind it out, Poland is the tricky one but I really fancy them. The Russians are aging and I think Poles could get result against them which would put them in pole position in group. Being co-host is a plus. Szczesny in nets. Borussia Dortmund pair Robert Lewandowski (seriously good player) and Jakub Blaszczykowski up top. Yes, Poland are inconsistent, but they did beat Argentina and draw with Germany this year.

In terms of their prices, They will not get better then they are now, these are stand out already.

All in all, it's a value punt!

    Ha Ha

I wouldn't be "Russian" to take those odds myself, I'd prefer to "Czech" the odds again closer to the tournament.

    I'll get me coat!

you're forgetting Greece in the Polish group who will more than likely grind out a result or two! Italy finished rock bottom of their 2010 WC group, behind NEW ZEALAND FFS

So they will be under big big pressure to perform in a tough group
