I'm not that wise, I thought a Touran was a van. :pac:

Sounds like you could do with getting it tracked, my old Peugeot Partner used to vibrate when it went over 90km/h. There'll be more knowledgeable people on soon though hopefully.

I know it's not a van you have but a friend of mine had a similar problem with a VW Transporter a few months ago.
He brought it into a Tyre place and it turned out one of the tyres was deformed on the inside although to look at it from the outside it seemed perfect.
    Hope this helps.

I had something similar, thought it was something sinister, turned out it was a small bald patch on a tyre.

maybe the wheel is out of balance, if they were balanced correctly when fitted, or the weight may have dropped off,
you could try the spare on both hubs to see if it changes anything, (roads wil be quiet next sunday )...if it is happening when braking, perhaps your discs are slighty distorted or and out of true......

Brand new tyres can't be bad?

Cheap tyres can cause a little vibration.

Something you can try yourself first instead of going threw the bother of the getting the wheels rebalanced. Does it seem the vibration comes through the engine? Can you drive in forth gear and see do you get the vibrations at the same speed. If they occur at a lower speed that could indicate something wrong with a powertrain item. As said above dodgy tyres can cause your symptoms but try that first.

As for the squealing sound, maybe the brakes are shot or could do with a dab of copper grease. Is it a metal on metal screech or an actual high pitched squeal?

The fact that it's happening only between 95 - 105 kmph would indicate imbalance more than anything else.

    x2, or a warped tyre

could be a sticking calliper. My Sierra does that.

    Wheel imbalance.

Maybe they weren't balanced quite right when tyres were refitted. Had the same problem once...
