Relapse

Hi I need some advice please. I've been off cigs for 6 months and the last week I had a relapse. I've been smoking secretly and I'm disgusted with myself. I could give so many excuses for it like I've had a lot on lately or whatever but I know from experience that it's just getting into the frame of mind. I can also list all the reasons I shouldn't and don't want to smoke but I just can't get that determination back. I found it so easy first time round with sheer determination anyone any advice on how to give myself that kick in the backside that I so desperately need?
