Easy to heat radiators

    Hey,

I'm not sure if this question makes sense, but I'll give it a try.

We recently installed a stove in the house and all things are great apart from some balancing issues (doesnt help that I'm always playing about with it and have no real idea what I'm doing). Butt the question is, if I replace some of the older rads in the house, are there any new radiators which done use as much water and therefore would allow more water to be curculated throught out the house for other rads?

    Hope this makes sense!!

    Cheers,
    Niall

Aluminium rads dont use half as much water as a cast iron/steel rad.

They also weigh fcuk all when compared to a normal steel rad.

And aluminium rads heat up faster and give of better heat too.

When you say better heat - do you mean hotter heat - or something else?

If you are not heating up all the rads then the boiler being used is incorrect. The problem with using micro rads so to speak is that they are sure to be prone to the build up of deposits....

    Is your system sealed.
