just got a new toshiba laptop and went to install windows 7 enterprise on it and a message saying bootmgr.exe missing showed up. I have tried a few different things but the whole hard drive seems to be blank now and i cant boot off any disk. Anyone any ideas what i could do?

Have you tried going to the bios and changing the boot order so the CDROM is the first boot device?

Return it to the shop/where ever it was bought,if you have it for less than 21 days insist on a replacement laptop (on the spot if a shop)

Would the shop still be obliged to replace the laptop if he was putting the OS on it himself?
