Paypal to NIB bank account

Does anyone have any experience with how long it takes a paypal withdrawal to land in a NIB account? I withdrew money from my paypal account on the 15th dec (at 8pm) at night and the paypal message said it should take 1-2 days and to expect the money by the 19th Dec. As of this morning there is still no money in my bank…
